To our valued clients,

In light of recent announcements by the provincial government we want to assure you that as an essential service in Ontario we are continuing to serve your financial needs. We are also closely following recommendations from Public Health Canada regarding COVID-19. During this time we are putting in place new precautions to ensure the safety of both our clients and staff. These precautions include minimizing any potential spread of virus through specific disinfection and distancing protocol including the following.

EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY & UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE:

We are establishing controlled access to the office.

  • Our office door will be locked. We ask that you contact the office first to discuss your financial needs. Many services we provide for you can be managed by phone or email.
  • If you need to drop something off or to sign papers, please call ahead so we can set up an appropriate time. To ensure proper physical distancing this will prevent multiple clients arriving at the same time. During this exchange we will keep interactions to a minimum and according to physical distancing recommendations.
  • Face to face appointments will be arranged only as specifically necessary. Clients will be asked the prescribed set of pre-screening questions regarding COVID-19. If clients have ANY cold or flu symptoms, we will pursue alternate arrangements to serve you remotely.

As before, our office will contact clients as investments require servicing. You can still reach us during regular office hours at 905-852-3184. Emails can be sent to info@investsmart.ca.

These are very different and unprecedented times. We all need an increased level of patience and understanding as we comply to directives and ensure the safety of all.
